Anyone know where I can get a shield with +10 Armor vs Piercing?

Buy one.

Or generically farm stuff that drops shields and pray to the great god of drops. Nothing that I know of will increase the chances of getting certain mods.

Any inscribable shield - use a "Through Thick and Thin" inscription.

I wanted one for Raptor farming, so I killed this dude:

a few times. He's right outside town and is really, really easy to kill. Took like 5 or 6 runs, don't remember exactly.

Yup, Geoffer's Bulwark is perfect for what you need. It's an ugly shield (IMO) but you won't have to make your own generic one.

Geoffer's Bulwark I have used for years. It is an embossed Aegis, looks great! Instructions for farming here.

Guild: LF guild that teaches MTSC (did it long ago before gw2 came out and I quit...but I barely remember) Profession: N/A	Buy one.
